Application Process
In order for families to be eligible for services they must provide documents to determine eligibility. Please call the ECE Center for more detailed information on eligibility requirements.
*Due to eligibility requirements admission to our center from the waitlist is not on a first come, first served basis.
If you or any of your children HAVE been previously enrolled in one of our programs listed below: please contact our main office to update your family information and submit a request to be re-enrolled.
If you or any of your children HAVE NOT been previously enrolled in one of our programs listed below: please complete an application linked above. A member of our program will contact you within 3 business days.
Baldwin Park Programs
- Early Head Start: Pregnant women, infants and toddlers up to age 2
- Head Start: Children 3-4 years old
- California State Preschool Program
- Families who reside in the city of Baldwin Park and surrounding areas
Tri-Cities & Los Angeles Programs
- Early Head Start: Pregnant women, infants and toddlers up to age 2
- Head Start: Children 3-4 years old
- Families who reside in Maywood, Cudahy, Bell, and surrounding areas
